We're Back!
Over the past few months I have been incredibly busy working with News International on the iPad version of The Times. Now that the app is out I will get back to some games development. Fire Away might well be moving to the iPad.
Progress won't be super fast as News International have plenty of plans for future updates but it will happen!

Double Maze 1.1 came out a couple of days ago with improved tilt controls and some graphics updates.
Whilst Double Maze 1.1 has been in review we've been working hard on 1.2 and are almost finished. 1.2 features a level creator with the abilty to upload and share levels.
Here is a work in progress sneak peek!

Double Maze Released!
After 15 days in review Double Maze was released today.
There is a lite version and paid version which sells for £1.19/$1.99.
A lot of hard work went in to this game and we think it shows so do try it out.

Balls Up Update
Whilst we were still fresh with iPhone development we added a couple of new features to Balls Up today.
There is now an options screen where you can toggle the vibration and sounds on and off.
It has been submitted and should be available some time next week.

Double Maze Submitted
Yesterday evening Double Maze and Double Maze Lite were submitted to the App Store.
We're hoping to have a release for Friday 17th July but it just depends how long Apple take to approve the game.
We have a new YouTube video and some screen shots for you.

Code Complete and a Preview
The game is now code complete. A Lite version is fully implemented. We will be bumping the level number up over the next couple of days and hopefully be submitting it to the App Store on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Information, screen shots and videos will be put up on this site shortly before release but here is a quick video of the game in action

Piracy
I've had over 70% piracy rate on my first iPhone game, and 97% of the people that used my game on the jail broken devices pirated it.
The result of this is I've had to spend a bit of time trying to stop the auto crack tools working on my next game. I've now got a solution but of course that will be broken in time.
I've started working on the actual game again now and hope to have it submitted to the app store by Friday.

Great Music
I found a great resource for royalty free music the other day: http://incompetech.com/m/c/royalty-free/
This guy is talented and only asks for a $5 dollar donation and a credit if you use his music. That's not bad for all you struggling game devs out there.

Level Editor Made
The level editor for the game is done which means we can start to churn out levels whilst the game is still being built... And maybe offer up user created levels in the future.
The level editor is an SWF and you can test your levels as you design them.

New Game Started
A new puzzle game was started a few days ago and the tile engine is already being rendered to the screen.
Gesture control is in and tilt control is half implemented. We need to add some title and options screens in and then get busy making the game content.
Screen shots and video to follow shortly.

iPhone Code Signing Issue
We had to move a button in our app today so we rejected the binary, moved the button and re-built the app. When we went to upload it iTunes Connect was throwing a code signing error.
1.5 hours later I noticed the zip file that "right click", "compress" made was a bit smaller than expected. 1 Mac restart later and and a fresh zip file and it's now the right size and uploaded fine.
